Prices, taxes, packing, insurance, freight, duties, lead times, payment terms and delivery responsibilities are governed by the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

International enquiries and orders are subject to destination-country import requirements, export controls, sanctions, shipping availability, documentation and any agreed Incoterms. The buyer is responsible for destination permits, duties and local compliance unless the written contract says otherwise.

Powerful magnets can create pinch, impact, ingestion, electronic-device and medical-device hazards. Customers are responsible for suitable engineering review, handling procedures, guarding, warnings, testing and confirmation that the selected product is safe and suitable for the intended application.

The website’s branding, copy, design, drawings and other materials are owned by or licensed to Rare Earth Magnetics unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced commercially without prior written permission.

The website may contain third-party links or services. Rare Earth Magnetics is not responsible for their availability, content or practices. References to third-party names do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
